During my recent stay at the View, our gourmet getaway felt like a delightful culinary expedition amid Croatia's vibrant coastal culture. Nestled conveniently within a short stroll to the old town and Diocletian Palace, we appreciated the hassle-free onsite parking, which proved invaluable during our three-week driving tour. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious sea view suite. Waking up to the Split harbor each morning set a lovely tone for the day. Breakfast was a considerable highlight, featuring a buffet range complemented with made-to-order scrambled eggs-an essential for an ocean lover like me. While I found the variety satisfactory, a little more diversity could enhance the morning experience. The staff were attentive; Tony offered us excellent recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants-some of which were just a stone's throw away in the charming narrow streets. Kristina stood out, kindly assisting us during a minor situation at checkout. The View's restaurant and surrounding offerings truly enhanced our culinary experience, making it a spot worth revisiting, not just for the view but for the food.
